APPOINTMENTS 
On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a consultation card. Being on time for your appointment is critical to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time, to accommodate the next scheduled client, however the fee will remain the same.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
To ensure the best service possible, cancellations or rescheduling must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  Thank you for your consideration!
